As a Customer Success Intern you will help guide our clients through our newly designed onboarding process. Responsibilities include design of initial property marketing materials, quality assurance and upload of new properties, tracking via Excel/Google Sheet.

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to manage multiple projects, be detailed-oriented with a good eye for design.

This position is meant to be educational in nature. Customer Success is one of the fastest growing career paths within the tech space. Barcelona, known as the Silicon Valley of Spain, has a growing need for Customer Success professionals with experience in the industry. Our hope is to introduce you to what could be a potential career path by showing you the processes we have developed for our clients in onboarding, expansion, and renewal. We will also ask for your voice in continuing to develop as a startup.


  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • University internship agreement or NIE
  • Ability to work at least 8 hours a week, scheduling is flexible from Monday to Friday.
  • Minimum 3 month commitment
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
