As the Client Success Manager you will play an integral role for client engagement, retention and expansion efforts.  You will have end-to-end responsibility for client onboarding and day-to-day account management of a portfolio of commercial real estate companies, primarily in the U.S market. The CSM will be a trusted advisor to our customers and help them realize the business value obtained through our software.

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent interpersonal skills.


  • Own post-sales customer relationships with key account stakeholders to drive valuable partnerships through account management activity and identifying opportunities for continued growth
  • Continuously look for ways to delight customers, drive satisfaction and help our customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Advise clients on best practices for using the SharpLaunch platform and its suite of tools
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer needs to design ideal offering/features
  • Serve as central point of contact for customer accounts


  • Native English speaker
  • Minimum 3 years CSM, Account Management or similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple client engagement projects of varying degrees of complexity
  • Experience in B2B SAAS preferred
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (native English)
  • Ability to juggle priorities and thrive under pressure
