How do I add documents?
You can upload documents by simple drag & drop functionality in the admin area of the SharpLaunch platform.
How many documents can I upload?
You can upload unlimited files with no restrictions on size or file type. Use it however you need.
Can I set privacy permissions?
You have full control over the privacy and security of your documents and how you want people to access them. In addition, you can include an optional online CA agreement that users need to digitally accept.
Can I see who is viewing my documents?
Yes, you can track how many times your documents have been downloaded and know exactly the leads who are downloading. Leads will need to provide their name and email in order to access the documents.
How do I organize my documents?
You can organize your documents by creating folders and subfolders with relevant names to help your clients quickly find what they’re looking for.
